Highly impressed, after taking my C63s to Startford for a noise from the suspension and being fobbed off I brought my car to Lakeside. Had a small wait to book vehicle in but once dropped off I was swiftly seen to and my courtesy car was ready very quickly! What impressed me the most was getting a call at 7pm from a very apologetic Daniel to give me an update, It is clear to see the aftersales staff at Mercedes Lakeside care about their customers unlike at Stratford.
Outstanding experience from start to finish with my regular services today.I requested to be processed quickly and service manager Clifford promptly arranged for the car and I was on my way in 10 minutes.My back brakes replaced at very competitive rate. All service details explained as usual in very detailed manor not rushed at al.Mr Clifford is asset to the company to be fair every is also vey diligent over the 3 service I had experience off.I look at small details was my ad blue filled at no cost and tyres inflated.These guys are on the ball.Thanks for fabulous experience see you soon
Although, initially just browsing the car park on the way to shops and not necessarily looking to purchase a brand new Car, Stuart Crowe was attentive, listened to my husbands rather exacting requirements and although not able to supply the original car I wanted, was able to offer me a brand new A-Class (from the showroom) at a greatly discounted price that was around the budget we were looking to pay. Two hours later, I/my husband came away the proud owner of the car that now had a sold sticker on it. A week later and we drove it away, no hassle and all as promised.Only downside was that Mercedes no longer offered free servicing for the length of the warranty (not down to Lakeside Mercedes, a corporate change).All in all a great experience and Stuart was first class throughout.Would highly recommend him and Lakeside Mercedes.
The Sales Executive went out of his way to find us the perfect A Class. All the staff at Mercedes Lakeside are helpful and friendly. It was a lovely experience.
Daniel was great. He took the time to explain all the features and extras that I could have. He kept me informed throughout. The staff are always helpful and friendly. I have always found this branch to be the best even though I could easily go to a nearer branch.
