the worst services. you go to the front desk and say you want a appointment and ask you to call at 10 or 12 and no one answers. Notice that your children have an emergency and do not care .....
Ridiculous service. I booked an appointment for my nearly 5 month old daughter on Friday for today (Monday). I drag my two children out of the house to only get there to be told she cant be seen! The reason being there is no one trained to treat children under 1? What a joke, why book her an appointment in the first place? I then get told I need to ring back at 12 to TRY get an emergency appointment... No I shouldnt have to TRY you should of just given her an appointment. Surely shes a priority, since shes had cough for 5 weeks now. Do NOT use this surgery if you have have younger children. I will be finding a new one!
