The staff were knowledgeable and courteous when eventually we got hold of the salesman. The company should focus on employing more staff to help waiting customers. Hence I have rated 4 stars.Overall experience was good nonetheless.
Great customer service. I wanted to see if two of the shades for the tables I was purchasing were similar, the gentleman serving us carried it upstairs for us and explained everything we needed to know. Looking forward to the delivery of my new tables.
