We had Sunday Dip and Dine, Steam and Sauna rooms good, pool good outside Jacuzzi luke warm, disappointing. Also, was asked to pay for towels (2 each) which we've never been asked before in our other 4 visits for same, 1 girl on reception said it was New policy, another said was always chargeable but must have been overlooked on other occasions, they need to get their storey straight. Food (evening meal) was excellent and restaurant staff great. If we go again, will take own towels. Overall, good afternoon but always a niggle or 2 and always at reception.
Just 24 hours to celebrate our Golden Wedding in this lovely hotel, beautifully decorated for Christmas and New Year. Everything about our stay was excellent from the moment we arrived. We felt welcomed, comfortable, and at home, relaxed, assured of great service, lovely food, and professionalism with a warm smile. Just what we wanted. We shall return!
Very nice hotel and spa with friendly staff. Breakfast was great and couldnt fault anything with our whole experience. Would definitely return.

Fantastic hotel with excellent facilities. The restaurants range of food and choice is superb together with an equally good wine list. I now wish that I had booked for 4 nights instead of 2.Will always use this hotel when visiting the lakes.
