Really enjoyed the half day spa day and lunch, lovely heat therapy area with two different saunas and two different steam rooms as well as hydrotherapy pool and lovely relaxation area with water beds and pods. Nice touch is the fact that you have a view of the outside from both saunas. Had the basic rasul mud experience in the afternoon, but would not recommend it. Have done these at lots of other places, this was the first time it was not private, with somebody dipping in and out if the ante room and opening the door to the steam room several times. Will try different treatments next time, since would quite like to return.

Visit here at least 3 times a year.Absolutely amazing. Facilities are great- hydrotherapy pool is pure bliss. The staff are so accommodating, never make you feel rushed and so polite.Buffet lunch is good. Always veg and fish options. Even the jacket potatoes are great.Highly recommended.
Lovely setting. Pedicure one of the best ever. Could do with some signage around the spa, although the staff were very helpful with directions. Food was good and one of our party was vegan and was given a variety of dishes to choose from. All in all a good day.
Didn't have any treatments so can't comment there, but the setting for the venue is lovely. Right near three motorway for easy access yet set in nice Waterside grounds.The buffet was nice and is describe as good rather than gourmet. The facilities were nice with a lovely outdoor pool surrounded by different hot rooms including saunas, steam rooms and an ice room too.We visited on a weekday and was very nice during the day, but got very busy early evening - for my liking a few too many people for the size of venue. However, it was decent value for money and I guess would push the price up if they limited numbers further.
